1.My interaction with Dr Tierra Anderson was very good as she has a way of putting you at ease. I was very stressed, and talking to her felt like I could manage this problem without getting overly stressed.Thank you DrAnderson2.My experience at the front desk wasn't great. The lady informed me after I came out that i had overshot the time. I was aghast. Firstly when you are meeting the doctor the first time, she will need to know my history and go over my test results to give a treatment plan.3.Today I spoke to Nino B in the billing department as there was certain discrepancies in what I was billed. He went over my insurance and assured me that the extra charges billed will be corrected in my next appointment and i don't have to pay for that.Was very nice to speak to and knew his job.
