Had an excellent experience with staff and Dr. Dada. Highly recommend from a clinical/medical perspective. Biggest issue that is still unresolved is their patient portal. After multiple attempts with the app being very glitchy, I tried to access the portal on my computer and it continually locked at a certain point. Website says you can get technical assistance in the portal but since I couldn't access it there was no tech assistance number or link or FAQ page. Highly frustrated, I contacted the office and a very accommodating staff member is still trying to assist me.At the visit, I wanted a print out of the visit info and was told I needed to get it through the portal. When I told the MA about the portal issue, she suggested I try again the next day. So technology issues are only reason for 4 star review. - 7/10/2026
