Update: I do have to say they have a lovely staff but I had to miss an appointment due to an unfortunate emergency. I called their number and it was a call center who took my message. I later sent an email explaining the emergency in more detail. They sent me a $200 bill and never even had the decency to respond to my message. They also had to change my appointment before and I gave them no issue moving i believe it was 2 months later. I will pay the $200 but I can’t say I will be coming back. It’s unfortunate cause I thought I had finally found a good place. Nonetheless I wish the staff well.Finally! I finally found an amazing doctor that was able to explain to me clearly and inform to me and what I have and why I was being recommended to keep seeing a rheumatologist. I would love to give a special thanks to Felicia Dr.Lai and Diana for making this visit so easy going and informative.
